Exchanges

To request an online exchange/refund, please fill out the e-form at the bottom of the page - after reading the below eligibility conditions.

Eligibility Conditions

The product must be in its original new condition, unworn, with the original Eighties ticket attached.
Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Items without Eighties ticket, and/or requests submitted after 14 days: are not eligible for any post-purchase action!

Partial Acceptance

Partial acceptance is not allowed. At the time of delivery, you must either accept the entire order or return it in full. Once the order has been accepted, you may request a return or exchange for eligible item(s) in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to approved exchange or refund requests.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free exchange or a full refund—based on your preference—within 14 days of receiving your order.

If a manufacturing defect appears after use within 30 days of receiving the item, the product is covered under our warranty policy, and we will resolve the issue in accordance with our standard warranty guidelines.
