RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

- exchanges are allowed as long as the item is still in stock, unwashed and unused. The product must be in its same condition as received with the tag attached to; Otherwise, the exchange won't be processed.

- Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours from receiving the order.

-  Incase the customer has a problem with the size and wants to exchange the item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Refunds

-  Refunds are allowed in case our product has manufacture problem and we will pay the shipping fees.

- Returns are accepted within 48 hours from receiving the order.

- Refunds take 5-10 working days to process after the item is picked up.
