Washing Instructions
Washing Instructions
- Turn the garment inside out during washing, drying, and ironing.
- Wash in cold water at 30°C.
- Hand wash only.
- Do not use chlorine/bleach.
- Tumble dry at low temperature.
- Steam iron at a low temperature (approximately 110°C).
- All orders are processed within 2-5 days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays.
- No partial delivery so the customer has to be accurate in choosing the size as the whole order has to be taken.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed as long as the item is still in stock, unwashed and unused. The product must be in its same condition as received with the card attached to; Otherwise, the exchange won't be processed.
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days from receiving the order.
- In case the customer has a problem with the size and wants to exchange the item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
