• Do not use bleach.
• Use a mild detergent.
• The piece should be washed separately for the first time only.
• Do not wash the piece by hand or expose it directly to detergents.
• Turn the piece inside out to protect the colors from fading and the piece from shrinking.
• Use cold water when washing.
• Do not expose the piece to sunlight for a long time.

- All orders are processed within 2-5 days. 

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays. 

- No partial delivery so the customer has to be accurate in choosing the size as the whole order has to be taken.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed as long as the item is still in stock, unwashed and unused. The product must be in its same condition as received with the tag attached to; Otherwise, the exchange won't be processed.
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 working days from receiving the order.
• In case the customer has a problem with the size and wants to exchange the item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 working days from receiving the order.
• In case our product has manufacture problem we will pay the shipping fees.
• Refunds take 3-5 working days to process after the item is picked up.
• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged.
