Washing Instructions
Washing Instructions
- Turn the garment inside out during washing, drying, and ironing.
- Wash in cold water at 30°C.
- Hand wash only.
- Do not use chlorine/bleach.
- Tumble dry at low temperature.
- Steam iron at a low temperature (approximately 110°C).
- All orders are processed within 2-5 days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays.
- No partial delivery so the customer has to be accurate in choosing the size as the whole order has to be taken.

Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be in its original new condition, unworn with the original Eighties ticket attached.
- Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Items without Eighties ticket, and/or requests submitted after 14 days: are not eligible for any post-purchase action!
Discounted & Sale Items
Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale or promotional period are eligible for exchange.
Refunds for sale or promotional items will be issued as Eighties Store Credit.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to approved exchange or refund requests.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free exchange or a full refund—based on your preference—within 14 days of receiving your order.
If a manufacturing defect appears after use within 30 days of receiving the item, the product is covered under our warranty policy, and we will resolve the issue in accordance with our standard warranty guidelines.
