Washing Instructions
- Temperature: Wash your product in cold or lukewarm water. Hot water can cause shrinkage and fading.
- Inside-out: It's a good idea to turn the Product inside out before washing to protect any printed or delicate areas.
- Detergent: Use a mild detergent that is suitable for cotton fabrics. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals unless specifically mentioned on the care label.
- Drying: Air-drying is the best option for cotton prodcuts to prevent shrinkage and maintain the fabric quality. If you choose to machine dry, use a low heat setting.
- All orders are processed within 2-7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays.
- No partial delivery so the customer has to be accurate in choosing the size as the whole order has to be taken.
Returns Policy
Exchanges
- exchanges are allowed as long as the item is still in stock, unwashed and unused. The product must be in its same condition as received with the tag attached to; Otherwise, the exchange won't be processed.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 working days from receiving the order.
- Incase the customer has a problem with the size and wants to exchange the item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 working days from receiving the order.
- In case our product has manufacture problem we will pay the shipping fees.
- Refunds take 3-5 working days to process after the item is picked up.
-Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged.
